The door panel is formed in very thin annealed copper sheet between matched dies, then hand worked to form the pocket pleats.  Beading is thin copper wire soft soldered in place. The door catch is fabricated from Nickel Silver and fitted to the inside of the door panel, that is then held in place in the door with two small countersunk screw.  These are hidden but the second (brass) simulated padded panel, that clips into the opened  door pocket.
