Two 812 Cord models are shown here, one is of a 1938 Coupe with a rumble seat in place of the regular trunk, one of only four built, while the second is of a Supercharged 812 Cord Coup.  Both models are built from scratch in 1/15th scale, in brass, copper and nickel silver, from plans drafted from data and photographs collected from each of the original cars. Copies of original body drawings were also fed into the computer CAD system, together with data collected from three cars under restoration.  The plans were then approved by the owners and the staff at the restoration shop before the models were started.  No casting were used in these models, all being totally hand made.
