Sheet brass is cut and trimmed to provide for the rear wheel wells, which are then soft soldered to the body frame.  Two guide rails are then soft soldered  to the inside, to allow for the rear deck and tank cover to slide in place yet be removable for painting in the final assembly. A bulkhead is made and fitted across the rear of the cabin area, and provided with two feet to secure the assembly to the chassis side plates with bolts.
