On moving to Spain with my tools, which I had kept to return my interested in model engineering back to the hobby status where it had all began, we chose a property with a large enough room to accommodate the wood and metal working machine tools.  This is in a large garage size room for dust and mess making work. For the assembly of models I built a work bench from a large computer work station, and fitted it out with holders for all of the small hand tools, electric's and lighting.
