NEWS and Comments for August, September & October 2008.
The website needs some maintenance and I need time to learn how to do this.  Then there are  new projects to prepare for next year.   I will also be taking a holiday from my retirement, (never worked so hard in my life!), so I will be 'shutting down' for a few months to take stock.

As none of my published projects to date have included the actual building of an engine, because all of the recent projects are second time round subjects, with the engines already in stock from master patterns, I will be starting with a scratch built Bugatti Type 41 engine.  (See photo of the finished engine.)  The case is for those who have a  Bugatti Royale, and need somewhere to keep the spare engine.

Also on the cards will be a full step-by-step building of a model of the fabulous 1938 LeMans 2.9 Alfa Romeo Coupe, including the hard wood body patterns.  This should make for a very interesting model.... so watch this space.
